When will my order arrive?
We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order. We will dispatch your order on the same day if ordered before 13:00 GMT ; if ordered after 13:00 GMT order will be dispatched the next day.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
You can not change your delivery address once an order has been made. We advise you to regularly make sure that all of your address details are up to date.
Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately not, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. You can return your order by mail as soon as you receive it.
I am missing an item, what do I do?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. If this is the case please check your emails, as we will have update you via email on the status of your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
Items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items.Please repack the item with all original tags attached, complete the returns form that you’ve received and place it inside the parcel. Attach the relevant return label to the parcel and post if off. Remember to get proof of postage and keep it safe.
When will I receive my refund?
Orders will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your item. Once it has been processed a confirmation email will be sent. Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed into your bank account.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you unfortunately receive a faulty item please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order with a description of the fault. We will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validation.
Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs, including return costs are non refundable.
