When will my order arrive?

We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your order. Orders are dispatched according to shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?

You can not change your delivery address once an order has been made. We advise you to regularly make sure that all of your address details are up to date.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Please make sure you have the correct address and are happy with the order before finalising, as all orders can not be cancelled once order is made. As our fulfilment centre is automated and order processing starts immediately. If you are not happy with the order you will need to follow the returns process once you receive the package
